Will Dolan, the 15-year-old son of former Tucson Sidewinders broadcaster Brett Dolan, was just four and half when his dad moved to Houston to take a job broadcasting for the Houston Astros, but he never did get that Wildcat blood out of his system.
โHis goal is to play baseball at U of A,โ Brett Dolan said.
So the elder Dolan brought Will out to see Rice host the UA baseball team to open last season (UA won two of three games) and to Saturdayโs Arizona-Texas A&M matchup in basketball.
Still Houston-based, Brett Dolan left the Astros following a management change in 2013 but still works broadcasts in several sports.ย
