Former Arizona Wildcats basketball standout Steve Kerr will coach the West team in the NBA All-Star Game, held Feb. 15 in New York City.Β 

Kerr, the head coach of the Golden State Warriors, is the first rookie coach to lead an All-Star team since Larry Bird was selected for the position in 1998.
