Schmitz says

“I think a lot of his, I guess, not faults, but what teams look at for him, aren’t 100 percent things he can control. He’s a little undersized. He’s more of a fluid guy, not really an explosive athlete. I think his mid-range game is really nice. But showing that he can be more of a pick-and-pop guy to the NBA three would really help him. I think he has the mechanics to do it, it’s just the reps and believing in his shot… I think he has to be a power forward. He’s not quick enough, in my opinion, to, first of all, get by threes on the wing, he doesn’t have very good ball skills and then secondly, continuing to be able to guard the wing. The NBA is full of athletes. So I think that’s an obstacle for him…He definitely has some talent, there’s no question about it. It’s just bringing it every night. You can see what he can do, and he’s shown flashes.”
