The Arizona Wildcats left Hi Corbett Field early Thursday morning for the biggest week — or two — of their young lives.
The UA team bus left shortly before 8 a.m. The Wildcats are scheduled to arrive in Omaha later Thursday. Friday, they'll enter TD Ameritrade Park for the first time and begin preparations for the College World Series. Arizona opens the two-day, double-elimination tournament Saturday with a game against Miami.
