Arizona was handed mostly favorable dates and times by the Pac-12, when the conference posted its official 2018-19 schedule Thursday.
The Wildcats won't have to play any home games later than 8 p.m. during the Pac-12 season, although its nonconference home game with Baylor on Dec. 15 and a Jan. 9 game at Stanford will start at 9 p.m.
Five of the Wildcats' eight two-game weekends in conference play will be in the traditional Thursday-Saturday format, although they will have to take two extended weekend trips: from Jan. 9-12 against Stanford and Cal, and from Feb. 14-17 against Utah and Colorado.
However, Arizona will have only two certain day games during Pac-12 play, at home against Utah on Jan. 5, and at home against ASU on the final day of the conference season, March 9. The Wildcats could have another day game on March 2 at Oregon but that game could also be played in the late afternoon or evening, pending a choice to be made by ESPN two weeks beforehand.
Arizona will also have to play two Sunday games during conference play -- on Feb. 17 at Colorado and on Feb. 24 at home against Stanford -- when it had none last season.
With the Pac-12 having announced all of the conference games and times, plus Pac-12 Networks coverage, the entire UA schedule is now complete (and just three days before the Wildcats begin full practices).
Here's Arizona's full 2018-19 schedule. Home games are in CAPS, and all times are listed in Arizona time. (Note that daylight savings time in other zones ends on Nov. 4, so the Red-Blue and Western New Mexico telecasts will be at the same time in Arizona as along the West Coast).
