After a stretch of recruiting turmoil, Arizona is finding some late momentum.
Linebacker Anthony Pandy verbally commitment to the Wildcats on Tuesday. Pandy, from Narbonne in Harbor City, California, picked Arizona over Boise State and Washington State.
It was believed that if Oregon came in with a late offer, the Ducks were the favorite for Pandy. That offer never materialized.
