Arizona football just keeps going.
Late Sunday night, the Wildcats received a verbal commitment from 2017 linebacker Joshua Brown. He's the 12th commitment in Arizona's upcoming class, and the fourth in the last week alone. The others: athlete Drew Dixon, receiver Brian Casteel and offensive lineman Edgar Burrola.
Brown is a standout at Long Beach Poly (California), where former Arizona and NFL standout Antonio Pierce is the head coach. The Wildcats were at Poly on Sunday for a satellite camp.
Brown, listed at 6-foot-1 and 222 pounds, is rated a 3-star recruit by Scout.com and the No. 4 inside linebacker in the West. He also had offers from Fresno State, New Mexico, Ohio and UNLV.
