Recruiting: These uncommitted 2019 prospects are considering the Arizona Wildcats
- Updated
These high school recruits could play for Arizona in 2019.
Possible targets for 2019
UpdatedBy Justin Spears / Arizona Daily Star
Kevin Sumlin hasn't coached a game at Arizona yet, but it's never too early to look ahead in recruiting.
Sumlin and his staff didn't have much of an impact on the 2018 recruiting class, considering there wasn't much time to add new prospects. Instead, Sumlin spent time ensuring UA commits at the time were fully engaged in playing for the Wildcats.
Per 247Sports' composite rankings, Arizona has only finished higher than sixth in the Pac-12 in recruiting once (2014) since 2006.
Before summer hits, the coaching staff will hit the recruiting trail after the spring game next Saturday.
Here's a list of several players that are considering Arizona, and could be names to keep an eye on in the future. Some are top-shelf, some have Arizona as their only power five offer. This list doesn't include every player that has an offer from the UA, but ones that are worth noting in the recruiting process.
