Robert Refsnyder belted a first-inning home run and Konner Wade pitched his second consecutive complete game as the Arizona Wildcats defeated South Carolina 5-1 tonight to win Game 1 of the best-of-three College World Series Finals at T.D. Ameritrade Park.
