Gonzaga's Drew Timme (2) celebrates after cutting a piece of the net after Gonzaga defeated Saint Mary's to win the West Coast Conference tournament championship.

As you prepare to fill out your bracket, FrontPageBets is here to help.

We've broken down all four NCAA Tournament regions - from the South to the East, from the Midwest to the West. Everything from the matchups to watch to the Cinderellas to the Final Four.

March Madness is here. Let's dance!

Baylor forward Jeremy Sochan and the defending national champion Bears are the top seed in the NCAA Tournament's East Region.

East Region

Defending national champion Baylor was named the top seed in the NCAA Tournament’s East Region. The Bears (26-6) are ranked No. 3 overall in the country and did enough in the regular season to hold down one of the top four national seeds, joining fellow Big 12 member Kansas, along with Gonzaga and Arizona.

Baylor sits at +1200 odds to repeat, according to DraftKings. The Bears will open the NCAA Tournament against No. 16 Norfolk State (24-6) at 2 p.m. Thursday in Fort Worth, Texas.

Other teams coming out of the East who could make a run are: No. 2 Kentucky (+800), No. 3 Purdue (+1500) and No. 5 Saint Mary's (+2000 to reach the Final Four).

Fresh off a Pac-12 tournament championship, Arizona is the top seed in the NCAA Tournament's South Region.

South Region

It's been a season to remember for Arizona. For the seventh time in program history, the Wildcats (31-3) will enter the NCAA Tournament as No. 1 seed, while also putting their first-year head coach in the history books.

In his first year at Arizona, head coach Tommy Lloyd becomes just the third coach in NCAA history to earn a No. 1 seed in his debut season at the helm of a Division I program.

Now, fresh off a Pac-12 tournament championship, Arizona is at the top of the South Region bracket and will face on Friday in San Diego, the winner of the Wednesday night's 16th-seed Wright State and Bryant's First Four game.

The Wildcats are at +650 odds to win the national championship, according to DraftKings. Those are the second-best odds, just behind Gonzaga (+350).

But other teams in San Antonio's South Region, like No. 2 Villanova (+2200), No. 3 Tennessee (+2200) and No. 4 Illinois (+4000), might have something to say about that.

Kansas guard Ochai Agbaji (30) is the Big 12’s leading scorer, averaging 20.1 points per game.

Midwest Region

The Kansas Jayhawks earned the top seed in the Midwest Region on Sunday following a 28-6 season that culminated with a Big 12 tournament victory over Texas Tech on Saturday.

It was KU’s first conference tournament title since 2018. That was also the last time Bill Self’s squad advanced to the Final Four.

In a season where no team has seized control, the Jayhawks are a +1400 choice to win the national championship at DraftKings. This despite the fact they suffered a pair of March regular-season losses before closing with five straight wins.

Contenders who could challenge Kansas in the Midwest out of Chicago include No. 2 Auburn (+1200 to win the championship), longshot No. 3 Wisconsin (+10000) and red-hot No. 5 Iowa (+2200). Auburn guards K.D. Johnson and Wendell Green can be alternately captivating or confounding. The Badgers' Johnny Davis can put a team on his back. And the Hawkeyes? Holy heater.

Gonzaga's Drew Timme (2) is a player to watch in the 2022 NCAA Tournament.

West Region

Gonzaga collected the top seed in the West, and for the tournament overall, posting a 26-3 record on the year and downing a ranked Saint Mary’s squad for the West Coast Conference tournament title.

Mark Few’s Bulldogs were the overall No. 1 last season, too, entering the NCAA Tournament unbeaten, but ultimately bowed to Baylor in the championship game.

There are still those who question Gonzaga’s standing, given they play in the mid-major WCC. But the Zags picked up wins over ranked teams such as Texas, UCLA, Texas Tech and Alabama in non-conference play. One of their losses was to Duke by three points in November.

DraftKings has the Zags as the +350 favorite to win the crown this year.

Others who could win it in in the West out of San Francisco are No. 2 Duke (+1000), No. 3 Texas Tech (+2000) and No. 4 Arkansas (+4500).
