Two-time major winner Zach Johnson is among the headliners who have committed to play in the Cologuard Classic by Exact Sciences later this month.

Johnson, who turned 50 on Feb. 24, is making his PGA Tour Champions debut this weekend in Boca Raton, Florida. Johnson, who won the 2007 Masters and the '15 Open Championship, also served as the captain of the U.S. Ryder Cup team in 2023. He has 12 total wins on the PGA Tour.

Zach Johnson plays his shot on the ninth tee during the second round of the British Open golf championship at Royal Portrush Golf Club, Northern Ireland, July 18, 2025.

The '26 Cologuard Classic is slated for March 20-22 at La Paloma Country Club.

The partial field announced Thursday includes past champions Joe Durant, David Toms, Miguel Angel Jimenez, Kevin Sutherland, Bernhard Langer, Tom Lehman and Woody Austin.

Others who’ve committed to play include Cologuard ambassador Jerry Kelly and World Golf Hall of Fame members Retief Goosen and Padraig Harrington.

Golfers have until Friday, March 13, to commit to play in the Cologuard Classic. The tournament also has five sponsor exemptions.

The 78-player field will compete for a $2.2 million purse, including $330,000 to the winner.

In addition to raising awareness of colon cancer and preventative screening, the Cologuard Classic and the Tucson Conquistadores have contributed nearly $3.9 million to local charities since Exact Sciences became the title sponsor in 2018, according to a news release.
