2015 Fun Run

Hundreds of kids jump out from the starting line for a one-mile kids fun run in downtown Tucson last year. This year's race takes place at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 29.

Want a fun and different way to give back and create some healthy habits for your kids?

Run a race!

When people think of running events, they often think they have to be able to run the whole distance. Not true. You can walk the whole thing if you want to. Just go out and move.

There's usually some type of food or snack, water, music, swag and a great sense of community. And! Most of them donate part of the proceeds to a local charity.

You'll have fun, guaranteed.
