Your "Stranger Things" obsession is about to be reignited. Xpanded Universe is hosting "The Upside Down Art Show."
See some art inspired by the show, buy a t-shirt with Eleven's face on it or start a toy collection.
Xpanded Universe's owner, Mike Olivares, wanted to give artists and makers a place to showcase their "Stranger Things" art, toys and merchandise.Â
You'll see a beautiful tribute to Barb by Henry Cortez Jr.
Eleven toys by Special Ed Toys
Winona-inspired pins by Jasper Richmus
All the fun starts with an opening reception at Studio ONEÂ on Saturday, Oct. 29. Get dressed up as your favorite character for a chance to win $100 â don't forget the box of Eggos.
Head next door to Xpanded Universe on Saturday to learn how to play Dungeons and Dragons from Amazing Discoveries. Chow down on some chicken and waffles ($5-$10).
The art moves to Xpanded Universe after the opening reception and will be up for a month.
You can even buy the art. Buy it during the opening reception and 100 percent of the sale goes to the artist, buy it after the first day and a percentage goes to Xpanded Universe. The only bummer is waiting a month to pick it up.
There's still time to submit your "Stranger Things"-inspired art. Email xpandeduniversetucson@gmail.com.Â
