The Harry Potter Charity Ball
You've probably seen this all over your Facebook. The Harry Potter Charity Ball is exactly what it sounds like, a Harry-Potter-themed party/charity event. People can dress up (or not) as their favorite HP character and party with other Tucson muggles. The event benefits four local charities/causes: Tucson Symphony Orchestra's education program, Literacy Connects, Youth on Their Own, and Tucson Fringe Festival. There will be a cash bar, a silent auction and food from Even Stevens.
This is a 21-and-over event. Don't forget your ID!

Harry Potter after-parties
The magic doesn't end after the Harry Potter Charity Ball. In fact, immediately following the ball are four "house" parties. Each house gets its own party at downtown bar, a party for Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Go to your own house's party or dare to attend another's.
All we know of right now is the Ravenclaw party is at HighWire Lounge. Bartenders and attendees will be dressed up, there will be wizardly cocktails and no cover. Get your Ravenclaw friends together for a magical night. We will update when we know more.
