Tucson Real Estate: 722 E. 46th St.

Locally owned Allison Limousine LLC has leased 6,470-square-feet at 722 E. 46th St. to consolidate its growing business.

“We used to have three locations where we had to park our vehicles,” owner Tony Wong said. “Now we’re all in one place.”

He said competition from car services such as Uber and Lyft have not affected his business.

“We do a lot of corporate clients,” said Wong, who operates the business along with his wife, Kathy. “We do a lot of corporate travel, birthdays and quinceañeras.”

The two “party buses” that hold 20 and 35 people are rented almost every weekend, he said.

The Wongs started the transportation service under the name Sunset Limousine in 1989. In 2003, the couple moved to Phoenix and opened Allison Limousine, returning to Tucson in 2010 in response to growing demand for luxury transportation.

The company offers stretch limos, sedans and party buses with sounds systems and flat screen televisions.

The party buses have light-up disco dance floors and laser lights.

The lease with El Gato Investment Two LLC was brokered by Jeff Zellet, with Picor.
