Tucson Real Estate: Local urgent-care company grows, adds centers

Seven more Southern Arizona Urgent Care centers planned for next year.
Southern Arizona Urgent Care has opened a third Tucson location, at 90 W. River Road between Stone Avenue and Oracle Road.
The two other locations are at 7725 N. Oracle Road and 1880 E. Tangerine Road. The company is scheduled to open two more urgent care centers, at 3862 W. Ina Road and 6303 E. Broadway, by the end of the year.
Plans call for an additional seven centers in 2017.
Company founder and CEO Dr. David Skinner is a University of Arizona College of Medicine graduate.
Southern Arizona Urgent Care facilities are open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
WG8 LLC bought 8.91 acres of land at 7655 S. Houghton Road from Trustee Robert L. Zucherman. The sale price was $1.2 million. Pat Welchert of Picor represented the seller and Whirlygig Properties LLC represented the buyer.
Mentally Ill Kids in Distress Inc. bought a 6,400-square-foot industrial building at 925 E. Bilby Road from OneAZ Credit Union for $375,000. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the seller and Hani Aldulaimi, with Keller Williams Realty East Valley, represented the buyer.
Premises Park Inc. leased 14,140 square feet of industrial space at 526 E. 17th St. and 705 S. Jacobus Ave. from Jacobus Avenue LLC. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord.
Engineering and Environmental Consultants Inc. leased 7,477 square feet of office space at 555 E. River Road from 555 East River Road Associates LP. Tom Nieman, with Picor, represented the tenant. David Volk and Bruce Suppes, with CBRE, represented the landlord.
National Mentor Healthcare LLC leased 4,803 square feet at 3025 W. Ina Road from 3025 W Ina LLC. Ruth Krier, of Mohr Partners Inc. in Dallas, represented the tenant and Andrew D. Sternberg and Douglas E. Marsh, of Oxford Realty Advisors, represented the landlord.
Harbottle Brewing Company LLC leased 3,807 square feet at 3820 S. Palo Verde Road from Palo Verde Trust Partners LLC. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord and Debbie Heslop, with Volk Co., represented the tenant.
Fleetwash Inc., a mobile truck washing operation, leased 3,480 square feet at 1311 E. Ajo Way. Kevin Volk of Volk Co. represented the landlord, Ajo Business Center LP, and Paul Rosado represented the tenant.
