Lineage Percussion gives the world premiere of Rodney Waschka II's percussion trio, "Wealth Inequality".
"Wealth Inequality" was written for Lineage Percussion in 2016.
The piece won 2nd Place in Lineage Percussion's 2016 Call for Scores in partnership with New Sound Publications.
This piece was performed on April 29, 2016 and was the first piece on their program. The piece, a theater percussion piece, has the percussionists follow a list of instructions, reciting memorized quotations and moving around the audience space while playing different random percussion instruments.
