Wilmot Plaza has signed leases for three new tenants. Southern Arizona Urgent Care leased 4,434 square feet; Massage Envy leased 3,000 square feet and BodyCentral Physical Therapy, PC leased 2,926 square feet in the plaza, on the northeast corner of Broadway and Wilmot Road. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, represented the tenants.ย Alan Tanner and Brig Stevens, with Bourn Advisory Services, represented the landlord, DSW Wilmot Plaza LP.
