Time Lapse: Solar Receiver Installation

A 200,000-pound solar receiver, part of AREVA’s Solar Compact Linear Fresnel Reflector solar steam generator at TEP, is installed. The system, which is expected to be in service by early November, will boost H. Wilson Sundt Generating Station's output by up to 5 megawatts during peak demand periods without added emissions.
