Pima's aviation program hopes to expand

Pima Community College is looking to expand its well-regarded aviation tech program (Cronkite news).

Requires all community colleges to use an average of actual enrollment instead of estimates when establish spending limits.
Officials hope the changes will help PCC attract more out-of-state and international students.
