Adopted last week: Sweet little Bubba Lee from last week went to his new home .Jet the young border collie mix was transferred to one of PACC’s rescue partners and is now available through Halo Rescue. Doughnut the friendly kitty whose owners moved without him, was adopted. Unfortunately, Rupert, the orange tabby whose owner passed away, is still confused about being at the shelter and is waiting for a new loving home.

Through Tuesday, June 20, PACC will offer a Heat Wave Adoption Special. Adoption fees are waived on all adult dogs. Help us make room in the shelter and get these hot dogs into cool homes.

Kitty—Domestic Shorthair Mix

Story: This pretty lady has a lot of spunk! She is an active, playful girl who loves to hunt. She is a bit skittish with new people but would warm up to her new home in no time! If you have a calm and patient home for Kitty to adjust in, come meet her today.

Delfini—American Staffordshire Terrier Mix

Story: Delfini is a cute, smaller sized girl. She is very friendly and does well with other dogs. Delfini has the most adorable smile and loves to greet people with an enthusiastic tail wag. Delfini would be the perfect fit in any home!

Pinto—Domestic Shorthair Mix

Story: Pinto is a very friendly girl who loves to rub up against you for scratches. She loves being around people and is very affectionate. Pinto would be a great addition to any home!

JJ—American Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer mix

Story: JJ is a lovely dog! He walks well on the leash and is eager to please and take direction. He has a very soulful face and a big heart! JJ prefers a home without cats. Come meet JJ today!

OLIVER—HOUND/POINTER MIX

Age: 1 year.

Story: Oliver’s rescuers reported that he is very adaptable, a quick learner, affectionate, loves people, and fine with their six cats and two dogs. Everyone agrees that this handsome medium-sized boy will be a wonderful companion, especially for an active person or family.

MISTY—LONG-HAIRED TORBIE (CALICO/TABBY MIX)

Qualities: Misty was found dragging herself along the road, apparently hit by a car. She has spent a long time in “rehab” and will probably always have a “hitch in her gitalong.” She is a lovely, sweet, declawed lady who will thrive with some extra TLC at home with you.

Age:11 years

Story: Petunia and her best friend Pumpkin were returned to Paws Patrol due to the illness of their owner. They are healthy and affectionate cats who just need someone to see and appreciate the love left in their hearts. They need an indoor-only home with lots of love and attention.

Adoption Fee: $25 for one or both of them; which includes current spay and shots.
