The Fishel Co. leased 10,760 square feet at 4030 N. Highway Drive from Orvieto Investments LLC. The company,also known as Team Fishel, provides engineering, construction, management and maintenance services for electric and gas utility and communications infrastructure projects. Russell W. Hall and Stephen D. Cohen, with Picor, represented the landlord and Ron Zimmerman, also with Picor, represented the tenant.
