On Friday night at Kino Sports Complex, FC Tucson held open tryouts for the 2015 season, and more than 100 prospects attended. Some drove from Colorado. Others came from Phoenix. The appeal of the FC Tucson program — and the possibility of playing next month against MLS teams Sporting Kansas City, Real Salt Lake and the Seattle Sounders — has a wide reach.
