An indoor slide park featuring giant dry slides that you ride on your belly will open next year on the city’s east side.

Slick City Action Park leased the 36,454-square-foot former Joanne’s Fabrics building, 7255 E. Broadway, at Kolb Road.

The park is expected to open sometime next year, after renovations to the former fabric store are completed.

Aside from the slides, that are ridden with special mats, Slick City has air courts and soft play areas for the little ones.

The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker, Isaac Figueroa and Chris Hollenbeck, with Cushman Wakefield, represented the tenant, Gravity Solutions Tucson LLC.

  • GATE Outreach Ministries leased 2,191 square feet at Midpoint Business Plaza, 3921 E. 29th St., from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.
  • Tucson Naturopathic and Regenerative Medicine PLLC leased 1,129 square feet at Broadway Midtown Plaza, 2530 E. Broadway, from LLJ Holdings LLLP. Molly Mary Gilbert and Ryan McGregor, with Picor, represented the landlord.
