Show Low 42, Walden Grove 14

Show Low's offense was able to put up points at will with little resistance from Walden Grove's defense. The Red Wolves' special teams was also an issue, as they allowed big chunks of yardage on kickoffs and also gave up a punt return for a touchdown.

An interception by Walden Grove's Carlos Guerrero was played perfectly. His timing and ball perception was displayed.

Player of the game

Guerrero, also the Walden Grove quarterback, was also 15 of 23 with 155 yards and a touchdown. The quarterback made his presence felt on both sides of the ball.

26. Walden Grove was able to score before the half but allowed Show Low to score in just 26 seconds, draining the momentum the Red Wolves had just gained.
