Pfaff beat Washington with two late field-goals in back-to-back years, 1988 and 1989. In ’88, Pfaff hit a 22-yarder with five seconds left to beat the Huskies 16-13 in a rainstorm in Seattle. A year later, Pfaff kicked a 35-yarder to beat the No. 17 Huskies 20-17 with 1:01 remaining.
