Arizona does not have a player among the 75 listed on the 2016 ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame. After an impressive run, in which the Southern Arizona Chapter of the National Football Foundation stewarded the elections of Chuck CecilRob Waldrop and Tedy Bruschi, it might be a few years before an ex-Wildcat is seriously considered. Ultimately, Lance BriggsAntoine Cason and Dennis Northcutt should get on the ballot. Rob Gronkowski? Unlikely. He was never a first-team All-American in his two UA playing seasons.
