Director Edgar Wright (best known for such films as "Scott vs. The World," "Hot Fuzz" and "Shaun of the Dead") unleashes "Baby Driver" this weekend, one of his most ambitious films to date, starring Jon Hamm, Kevin Spacey and Jamie Foxx, among others.
The synopsis from IMDB: After being coerced into working for a crime boss, a young getaway driver finds himself taking part in a heist doomed to fail.
Thoughts from Katie Walsh of the Tribune News Service: “Baby Driver” is a tribute to the heist film, but almost more than that; it’s a love note to classic rock and soul, with a soundtrack that’s a blend of rock, jazz, and retro R&B.
Sounds like fun to us.
