Sunnyside grad Romero batting .333 in Mariners camp
Sunnyside grad Stefen Romero is batting .333 in the Seattle Mariners’ spring training camp but he’s not likely to open the season with Seattle no matter how well he plays in March. After hitting .192 for the Mariners in 72 games last year, Romero was slotted to start the year in Triple-A; the Mariners signed three new outfielders for 2015.
