Flowing Wells 34, Cholla 19
At Cholla, the Flowing Wells Caballeros (7-0) overcame a sluggish start and a fired-up Cholla team to remain undefeated by pulling away in the second half. Cholla (3-3) scored first on a 43-yard touchdown run by running back Shawn Fontenette. The Cabs responded with a touchdown on their next drive.
Running back Dionte Flores was held in check in the first half. But on his first carry of the second half, he went 80 yards untouched for a score to push Flowing Wells to a 28-6 lead.
