Maeder LLC bought Tuzona Apartments, a 12-unit complex at 3025 N. Los Altos Ave. It was purchased from Arthur Larry Wright and Photini Wright, trustees of the Arthur Larry Wright and Photini Wright Trust, for $475,000. Picorâs Allan Mendelsberg represented the seller and Joseph Chaplik, with Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate, represented the buyer.
