Heisman House (almost)
Stanford quarterback legend Jim Plunkett is a regular at Cardinal basketball games, owning courtside season tickets. But on Thursday he also sat next to the guy who almost followed him as a Heisman Trophy-winning Stanford quarterback.
That would be Andrew Luck, who finished second in Heisman voting in both 2010 and 2011.
Plunkett won the Heisman in 1970, when he led the then-Indians to the Pac-8 title and an upset of top-ranked Ohio State in the Rose Bowl.
