4675 Coach Drive LLC bought a 16,246-square-foot industrial building on .98 acres at 4675 S. Coach Drive, in the Butterfield Business Park in Tucson. Also included in the sale was an adjacent 4.01-acre vacant land at 4606 S. Overland Drive. Both properties were purchased from Rainin Tucson LLC for $1.6 million.
