Arizona package delivery company OnTrac, which last year announced expansion plans into Tucson, is now in operation here.
The Tucson facility, in the Rockefeller Group Distribution Center, south of Valencia and Palo Verde roads, is the second site in Arizona. OnTrac has a facility in Phoenix.
The company offers same-day and overnight delivery.
Drop boxes are available around the city.
OnTrac now has 18 employees in Tucson and plans to add to its operation on 21 acres at 6855 South Lisa Frank Road. See www.ontrac.com/careers.asp to apply.
“Our continued growth in Arizona and specifically Tucson has been a great milestone for the company and our customers,” OnTrac general manager Jack Finley said. “I am very happy to be a part of this growth and look forward to meeting the customer needs in this market.”
OnTrac is headquartered in Chandler and among the state’s fastest-growing businesses. In 2014, the company began a “last-mile” delivery service in conjunction with the U.S. Postal Service.
