CyraCom opens call center in Florida

CyraCom International, a Tucson-based provider of phone and video language interpretation services, has opened its seventh large-scale interpreter contact center in Tampa, Florida.

The Tampa center, which at 14,000 square feet can accommodate 150 workers, is the second call center the company has opened this year, following the opening of CyraComโ€™s new center in Queens, New York, in the summer. Earlier in the year, the company expanded both its Tucson airport and Las Cruces, New Mexico, sites, adding hundreds of interpreter positions.

CyraCom ranks 96th among Southern Arizonaโ€™s largest employers, reporting 515 full-time equivalent workers in the most recent Star 200 survey, and it recently received its seventh consecutive listing on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies.
