Colonia de Tucson Apartments, an 84-unit complex on the west side, was bought by 19Tuc Jak Properties LLLP for $3 million.

On the west side, 19Tuc Jak Properties LLLP has bought Colonia de Tucson Apartments, an 84-unit complex at 1331 W. Saint Mary’s Road. The complex was purchased from 1331/1335 LLC & Rancho Palo Verdes LLC for $3 million. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented the buyer.

To the north, land investor Randall Martin bought about 70 acres of land with 242 lots on the northeast corner of Sanders and Barnett roads for $2.2 million from the Barnett Family Trust. Will White, with Land Advisors Organization, represented the buyer.

  • Sun Valley Supply leased 22,398 square feet at 2450 N. Flowing Wells Road from Starr Family Trust. Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord.
  • The Gaslight Music Hall leased 8,343 square feet at Rancho Vistoso Shopping Center, 13005 N. Oracle Road, from WCCP Rancho Vistoso LLC. NAI Horizon’s Ben Craney and Phil Skillings represented the landlord. Picor’s Aaron LaPrise represented the tenant.
  • Safeguard Tucson leased 1,894 square feet at 5656 E. Grant Road from Fifty-Six, Fifty-Six, LLC. Brandon Rodgers, with Picor, represented the tenant, and Dave Volk, with CBRE, represented the landlord.
  • Miracle Ear has leased 1,181 square feet at Tucson Place Shopping Center on the northwest corner of First Avenue and Wetmore Road. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker, and Dave Dutson, of NAI Horizon, represented the tenant.
  • Tucson Art & Framing leased 1,100 square feet at 5606 E. Broadway from Broadway Craycroft LLC. Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented both parties.
  • Popcorn Country leased 900 square feet at 3914 E. Grant Road from Fry’s Alvernon Partners. Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented the landlord, and Jon Barger, with Tucson Business Investments, represented the tenant.
  • Beyond Basic Massage leased 785 square feet at Speedway Craycroft Plaza, on the southwest corner of Speedway and Craycroft Road. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker.
  • The Altman Group PLLC leased 694 square feet at La Paloma Corporate Center, 3561 E. Sunrise Drive. Kevin Volk, of Volk Co., represented the tenant, and CBRE’s Jeff Casper and David Montijo represented the landlord, La Paloma Corporate Center LLC,
