Richmond American Homes bought 69 platted single-family residential lots at the southeast corner of Cortaro Farms Road and Sandy Desert Trail in Marana for $1.38 million to develop Willow Vista. The community will feature single and two-story homes.

The builder plans four models with three to six bedrooms. Home sizes will range from 1,920 to 3,020 square feet and prices have not been determined.

The seller was Fidelity National Title Trust #60411. Ben Becker and Adam Becker, with CBRE, brokered the sale.

  • Interdependent Properties LLC bought Calle Arizona Apartments, a 10-unit complex at 269-271 E. Calle Arizona, from Starker Services Inc. for $376,000. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.
  • LARC LLC bought a 4,416 square foot industrial building on 1.66 acres at 11511 N. Casa Grande Highway from 8800 W. Water LLC for $360,000. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the buyer.

  • Pinnacle Realty Investors LLC bought 3,091 square feet at 1701 and 1709 E. Miles St. from Tara Mahayana Buddhist Center for $205,000. Pinnacle will redevelop the property into student housing.
