Parts of the old elevator, used in the days when the mortuary was in business, have been salvaged to form the base of a table located in the old chapel. The main floor of the two-story building includes a dining room and bar.

The restaurant on the main floor is scheduled to open in early August with the patio seating and a beer garden in the garage which is scheduled to open later.

The structure was built in 1906 and operated as a mortuary until 1990.
