Active-duty military, veterans, reservists, guard, their spouses and dependents can learn about employment opportunities in Southern Arizona at a free job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, outside Pima Countyβs Kino Veteransβ Workforce Center, 2801 E. Ajo Way.
More than 50 employers will gather at the event, organizers said in a news release.
They represent industries including aviation technology, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, supply chain management, information technology, energy, mining, construction, biotechnology, health sciences and medical.
The job fair is a partnership of Arizona@Work-Pima County; Pima County’s Community Services, Employment and Training Department; the Arizona Department of Economic Security; and Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.
