Construction continues on One West Broadway, whose name derives from its downtown Tucson address. The apartment complex will have 40 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, retail on the ground floor and enclosed parking. The project is being built by Art Wadlund and Rob Caylor, the developers who also built One East Broadway kitty-corner from the property. Slated to be completed by October, One West Broadway is taking reservations for units.

Downtown Tucson apartment complex nears the finish line
Work continues on the One West Broadway building at South Stone Avenue. Plans are to develop it into a multi-story mixed use building similar to the One East Broadway which is across the street.
