Humberto Lopez, the co-founder of HSL Properties, was honored as a 2017 Real Estate Legend.
The recognition, from Tucson Certified Commercial Investment Members, came during the CCIMโs 26th annual commercial real estate forecast at the Marriott University Park, 880 E. Second St., on Tuesday.
This is eighth year the CCIM Real Estate Legend has been awarded. Past recipients include Don Diamond, Roy P. Drachman, Louise Marshal and Robert Sarver.
John Oliver, Caterpillarโs director of customer services and global accounts for the surface mining and technology division, delivered the keynote address.
