Tucson Medical Center is opening the doors to its new Rincon Health Campus on the southeast side.
On Thursday, the outpatient infusion clinic treated its first patient. Family care, imaging services and specialty rotations will become available at the $12 million facility starting in January.
The 44,000-square-foot Rincon Health Campus is a two-story medical office building on the southeast corner of Houghton and Drexel roads. Construction began in the summer.
Space is leased to specialists including obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, cardiology, physical therapy and dermatology.
“TMC has long been committed to the southeast region, and we are thrilled that this project is coming to fruition after several years of planning,” said TMC President and CEO Judy Rich.
