Class-action lawsuit
On Tuesday, attorneys representing 10 foster children in Pima and Maricopa counties filed a federal class-action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of Arizona, naming as defendants the directors of the Arizona Department of Child Safety and Department of Health Services.
