Mark Ulriksen, author of "Dogs Rule Nonchalantly," and an illustrator with 52 New Yorker magazines to his credit will speak at the Arizona Daily Star pavilion at the 2016 Tucson Festival of Books, March 12-13 on the University of Arizona campus.
