Desert Diamond Casino is fast-forwarding to 2017, booking top country acts, Motown legends and a rising comedian to kick off the new year.

In addition to the already announced shows with The Temptations (Jan. 13) and Willie Nelson (Feb. 10), the DDC Entertainment Center, 1100 W. Pima Mine Road off Interstate 19, is presenting:

• Country singer Easton Corbin ("Roll With It," "A Little More Country Than That," "Yup") on Feb. 25. Tickets, starting at $15, go on sale at 10 a.m. Dec. 24.

• Comedian Anjelah Johnson is bringing her enduring and very hilarious character Bon Qui Qui to Tucson May 5. Tickets — starting at $25 — are now on sale. Bon Qui Qui is performing with Johnson's Group 1 Crew.

Also coming to Desert Diamond, Who Loves You: A Tribute ot Frankie Valli, featuring the singer's greatest hits — “Sherry,” “Runaround Sue,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Walk Like a Man,” “Teenager in Love,” and “Who Loves You” — on Jan. 17. Tickets are $10 to $25 here.
