Do you think the folks mapping out Jason Mraz's early summer itinerary forgot what it's like in the Arizona desert in the middle of June?

Mraz ("The Remedy (I Won't Worry)," "I'm Yours") and his Superband will open a weeks-long June tour at Centennial Hall on June 16. It's among a small handful of early summer dates that Mraz hinted is a sampler of what's to come when he and the band jump back on the road for a full-blown tour. The June outing includes a Hollywood Bowl birthday bash — celebrating Mraz's 40th birthday — on June 23.
Tickets for his June 16 Tucson show go on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, through Ticketmaster. No prices were released.
