The hugely anticipated Saint House Rum Bar downtown opens at 4 p.m. today at 256 E. Congress St.
The restaurant and bar's menues are influenced by the namesake rum. They will be pouring from 40 varieties of rum and dishing up classic dishes from Caribbean countries where it's produced.
Beginning Friday, St. House Rum Bar's regular hours will be 11 a.m. to midnight daily.Β
