Brit pop singer Ed Sheeran made news early this week when he revealed on Instagram that he had gotten a giant lion's head tattooed on his chest.ย
The tatt, added to his 25-and-counting that fully cover his arms, was in celebration of a string of sold-out concerts at the UK's Wimbeldon Stadium.ย
"I have a tattoo on my chest and I sent him a big, fat "Youch! because I know how much that hurts," said American pop singer Christina Perri, who will head out on the road with Sheeran for his American tour in September. "His is just gigantic. Thereโs no way I would do that, but it looks real cool.โ
But Perri, who will slip into Tucson Tuesday for her and Colbie Caillat's "Girls Night Out, Boys Can Come Too Tour" at the AVA at Casino del Sol, said she is hoping she and Sheeran will get a tattoo at some point in the monthlong outing.
โDefinitely going to get a tattoo. We donโt know what we're going to get. We might even get more than one," she said.
Perri also is a fan of the art; she has body art mostly decorating her arms and chest.
