The Oro Valley Music Festival is starting to feel like the 12 days of Christmas, where you're looking at the gifts under the tree just waiting for mom and dad to say, "Go ahead, open that one!"

First they gave us a full lineup of country stars that will headline Day 1 of the two-day festival on Oct. 1.

Then, weeks later they released the first three acts for Day 2, the pop day.ย

And then nothing.

And today, finally, they let us know that Colbie Caillat is joining Daughtry, Simple Plan and Ben Rector on Oct. 2.

That's a pretty big present. Caillat has a loyal following in Tucson. She and her bud Christina Perri put on a pretty terrific show here last August when they brought their Girls Night Out tour to the AVA at Casino del Sol.

So now the big question becomes: Hey, OV Music Fest, when do we get the next present? There are still two open slots on Day 2 to fill. Anyone care to guess?
