The Humane Society of Southern Arizona and the Tucson Roller Derby are teaming up for the seventh annual Tails & Ales Dog Wash on Sunday, April 3.

Bath time β€” for well behaved canines β€” is 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Barrio Brewing Co., 800 E. 16th St.

A wash is $15. Give $40 and you and your pup will get the VIP treatment. VIP tickets include a bandana, water bottle, and a commemorative pint glass. There will be two VIP groups: 11a.m.-1 p.m. and 1 -3 p.m.

Get your tickets ahead of time and get entered to win a 50-inch LED TV or a Jack Daniel’s Guitar.

You can also buy a custom Tails & Ales pint glass and get $1 off beer all day. Buy one glass for $8, two for $15 and four for $25.

The fundraiser has drawn hundreds of pooches and people over the years.

β€œNot everybody comes with their dog. Some people just come to support the cause,” said Andrea Mitchell, a Humane Society spokesperson.

On Friday, the Humane Society is hosting a coffee and cuddle event with HSSA VIP therapy and comfort dogs at Downtown Tucson Partnership, 100 N. Stone from 10 a.m.-1.p.m. on April 1.

A $10 donation at the door supports the Humane Society’s Arizona Gives Day campaign. The coffee is from Roasted Tea & Coffee Shop.
